    Nothing changed here about costumer service. Sitting here 40 min and workers just stay in corner and talking to each other!!! Ridiculous!!!

    They don't list a phone number that calls directly to the store, only the generic Verizon help line. Three phone calls to the corporate help line and they can't even figure out a way to call the local store. Receive an email at 7:35 p.m. saying our order was ready, and then a second email at 9:27 p.m. on the same evening saying our order was cancelled because it wasn't picked up. No way to call them to figure out what they messed up and if our phone is even there. Also, make sure to read prior reviews. They like to respond to any negative review saying they wish they could do better, but it doesn't seem like they make any changes. Avoid this store if possible.

    I came right towards closing and they wouldn’t let me in. They had multiple customers inside still. SMH The lady motioned to me they were closed and I just needed to drop off my trade in phone. Another employee was still helping people too.
