- JDJeremy Deysach4 days ago1.0They couldn’t find our Apple care in the system which was active and for which we already paid the copay. They tried to make us pay full for the repair then wouldn’t hold it or help get it sorted. They claimed not to be able to get hold of Apple care to clarify that we didn’t need to pay hundreds of dollars over the copay we had already paid. Sent us away. Scheduling on the site didn’t work causing me to have to call the store in the first place. We then walked into the Apple Store and were served as planned and out in 40 Minutes.
