  Sean, the manager, had a very poor attitude during our interaction. He was arrogant and not helpful at all. Rather than trying to assist or find a solution, he told me to call corporate if I had a complaint. As a manager, I would expect someone in that role to care about customer service and represent the brand professionally. Instead, he showed little interest in resolving the issue or helping a customer. The company should be aware that this kind of behavior reflects poorly on your brand. A manager should be willing to help customers and work toward solutions rather than dismissing concerns.

  Was in the store for about 20 minutes browsing. Not one available employee approached to see if I needed assistance. I saw 2 actually helping other customers at the registers. On the way out, an employee said, "Have a nice evening." Seriously?? - Not likely to be back.

  If I could give it no starts I would. I received a Dyson air wrap from my mom as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately because of certain circumstances I was not able to use my Dyson as much as possible I really wasn’t going out like that but expected my new Dyson to work and to have no issues eventually I set it up and started using it around this month February for the first time since Christmas. After only using my Dyson no more than 5 times it stopped working. Brand new Dyson btw! I take it to Best Buy and hope they can work with me on this issue seeing that it’s so expensive I was hopeful they would be able to replace it for me. Because it was a gift I only had the order confirmation number since it was ordered online. I had read online they have a 30 day warranty and 60 day warranty if your a member of something like that I didn’t buy this item myself it was a gift and I was told basically if I was a member of theirs than I would have a 60 day warranty. My point is don’t buy from Best Buy if you get a gift and it’s from there you better know if the new expensive item works within their 14 day warranty that is apperently for none members. I was told to go directly through dyson and to work it out with them. Why Best Buy can’t help me with that? Idk! You would think they would be able to help their customers out with items they sell at their stores. Now it’s a me problem and I have to figure it and it just honestly feels like Best Buy doesn’t have peoples back don’t buy gifts for people there and if you by anything from them check out their warranty system before purchasing anything.

  Quoted 2 separate quotes for same service, in store quotes for $40, made a appointment, go in, same service, now says $100. Bait and switch, probably thinking would agree since already there.

  Came in to get a laptop and was told I'll never find what I'm looking for in my budget. Also was told what I found online on their site won't and ever happen again. Then he tried pushing a $1k+ laptop on me saying it was my only option. I could of gotten the laptop I ordered online that day in person, but the guy said no to me. Even scoffed at me. Acted like I was stupid basically. Made me very upset.
