- MMMaryDec 14, 20251.0One star for now since they weren't even open today, when the hrs show they are supposed to be. Edit: clearly someone didn’t show up for work! I tried calling another nearby store, they didn’t answer, I went to cricket.com and tried a chat to simply report that a store wasn’t open, that took a whole hour for someone to even respond, and I tried calling customer support, it wasn’t available on Sundays… cricket you have gone down hill, I will not be using your service much longer.

- BABrenda AlcortaOct 23, 20191.0The lady doesn't know anything I got here at 6 she took an hour and 30 with another customer the was here after me and she had the door locked since 6:00 and other customers got here at at 6:45 and she told them it was closed she was so rude and didn't want to help me and the other lady and I got there at 6 she got mad because she had to open the door for us which they close at 7 needs training and someone that wants to wrk not leave early!!!
