  Came here quick for headphones and I stranded up for 15 min there and nobody helped me I just walked out I didn’t see anyone or anyone spoke a word to me during the 25 min I spend there idk how to get them out or the shelf myself

  Very big store have a lot more to give and show two people I have just walked around the store and seen how big it was prices I'm not sure about just yet I've seen some that's great but it is an electronic store

  The store and customer service are great. It's a newer store so selection is lacking. Also they do not carry any appliances.

  Normally very friendly, but was there the other day, and the guy who finally assisted us seemed less than eager. Another guy finally helped, and he was great. Got a great laptop for under 200 bucks, though! Their price beat even Walmart!

  Sean, the manager, had a very poor attitude during our interaction. He was arrogant and not helpful at all. Rather than trying to assist or find a solution, he told me to call corporate if I had a complaint. As a manager, I would expect someone in that role to care about customer service and represent the brand professionally. Instead, he showed little interest in resolving the issue or helping a customer. The company should be aware that this kind of behavior reflects poorly on your brand. A manager should be willing to help customers and work toward solutions rather than dismissing concerns.
