It took 2 months of “reworking network routing” and it failing every time for them to agree to send me a replacement phone and that still didn’t fix the problem. Then it’s taken another 3 months of constantly ordering a network extender from different managers on the customer service team, for them to continually not be delivered week after week because they are “out of stock”.., then why do you keep having me put another order in?! They said over and over I couldn’t get one in the store either. Then the last manger I talked to last week said “oh yea you can get in store”... I felt like I was being punked. Then I go to the store today and they said they can’t give it to me because I’m not the manger on the account… what in the actual hell. I could not be switching to AT&T faster.
