  Okay IPhone is one of the best phones in the world. IPhone has problems too tough, for example someone called me and I touched the button in the right side and the call ended, the person who called me kept screaming why did you hang the phone on me? And I was confused but I realized the button closes, it was my first trial with iPhone. The good thing is they have a partnership with YouTube so visuals are better in iPhone. Then other problem with iPhone is the phone is too small in size and in the screen applications are small. Not bad but the visuals need to get better. One thing you might not like is that you can't transfer data from other phones to iphone, what you download is restricted and monitored at all times. The external camera is good but zooming can improve more. The internal camera is excellent. The good thing is you can't lose your iphone phone because it will be tracked and thieves too don't steal Iphones it's useless because they will be tracked.

  Sam is not your typical sales man. He’s attentive and patient. He told me I didn’t necessarily need to get a new phone, but I insisted because mine was four years old. He went above his role and helped me get visible working on my new phone. He even listened to the gospel! And let me pray with him. He really blessed me in his personableness. I’m really happy I bought a newer phone with him. Oh and he doesn’t wear pronouns on his name tag. That’s refreshing for the culture we’re living in and immensely pleased me and God.

  There was a lot of employees just standing around and I was waiting for help and no one came and when they helped me and she was not that Nice either I am not impressed with that Apple Store location I am glad that we live closer to another Apple store location

  Went it looking for a charger, I was asked if I needed help looking for anything only to then NOT be helped. Yes, I was assisted by Autumn who was honestly a bit rude. She deliberately went out of her way to tell me I was wrong about every product I picked up when it was her misunderstanding me, bringing AND suggesting me the wrong items, and then made it seem like I didn’t know how to shop for a charger. I went it in CONFIDENT in my choice in buying a charger, but she was telling me I was wrong on the choices I was looking for, it wouldn’t work on my phone, this cord won’t go with this when I was already aware of all of these things, and etc. She was grabbing the wrong items and telling me I WAS WRONG. She was no help whatsoever. She wasted my time, and I left completely disappointed, dissatisfied, and with no charger.

  Nothing against this store or the peeps here but having a hacked phone not being able to open apps, apps closing on its self, bugs, not sending nor receiving calls and text, screen freezing, targeted gangstalking when I arrive to public events, only to be told it's because of storage but I know damn wel throughout my crappy apple experience with full storage with all my apple apple phones throughout history something to this extreme of a degree of not even having a fully functional phone has never happened, shady biz and corporation can't wait to switch back to SAMSUNG.
