  Nothing against this store or the peeps here but having a hacked phone not being able to open apps, apps closing on its self, bugs, not sending nor receiving calls and text, screen freezing, targeted gangstalking when I arrive to public events, only to be told it's because of storage but I know damn wel throughout my crappy apple experience with full storage with all my apple apple phones throughout history something to this extreme of a degree of not even having a fully functional phone has never happened, shady biz and corporation can't wait to switch back to SAMSUNG.

  Our purpose for going to the Apple Store at the Mall of America was for technical help. We had an appointment and the technician who helped us was ready right away to help provide help .The appointment took longer than we expected, but that's good. The technician took his time to make sure everything was completely resolved with our phone's technical issue. He was very patient and did a good job explaining what he was doing. It's a very eye appealing store, with a clean, uncluttered, and modern look, showcaseing Apple products. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also like that they have a comfortable waiting area for those waiting for a friend or family member getting Apple help.

  Everytime I visit an Apple store it's more painful than going to the DMV. At least the DMV has a process for queueing. Terrible.

  Two very different experiences with Apple Genius Bar workers: yesterday after work, the consultant shamed me for not knowing a number of passwords and computer strategies. I finally said “I can’t do this” and he said, “I made you a movie, “ as if that would solve it. But today I returned earlier, around 2:00, and worked with Martin who was positive, gave clear explanations, avoided complex solutions and helped me do half the work myself to see how simple the process was! In 90 minutes I walked out with my laptop completely restored, thus able to continue writing my book. While the first consultant “mansplained” to demonstrate his own savvy, Martin spoke simply to empower the customers. He even put his pronouns on his name badge—a clear sign of humility, community and belonging. Thank you Martin!!

  Bought 2 new iPhone 17 Pro Max at the MOA. My phone they lost all my music and Wife’s phone lost all her contacts. Went back the next day and all happened was they agreed it’s lost. MAKE SURE THEY SHOW YOU YOUR DATA BACKUP IS DONE CORRECTLY. SO MUCH FOR THE GENIUS BAR AT THE MOA
