As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by all the team members. The store manager ended up being the one who helped me; I think his name was Nathan. He cleaned the charging port on my phone and got quite a bit of dust out. He then tried a cable and it worked perfectly. So far at home I haven't had any issues with my phone charging.
