    The best experience I’ve had transferring carriers. Nathan was very patient and informational. Never felt rushed or pressured to purchase something. Was able to get all my questions answered. Never going to a different Verizon ever again! Corporate- give him a raise or something!

    The staff was super friendly and helpful. They beat the current price I was paying at AT&T and we got upgraded phones. Upon paying the taxes and reviewing the receipt there was a $50 charge per phone for "Ready? Go!" package. After a google search I learned that’s the fee retailers charge for data transfer and device set up - I feel like this should have been disclosed because I set up my phone up from iCloud backup…that didn’t really require help from a rep.

    I had a great experience working with Nathan at Verizon for my phone upgrade. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He walked me through all my options, answered every question clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress free. What really stood out was that he found me a great deal on the upgrade and helped bundle in some added accessories without making it feel pushy or salesy. It genuinely felt like he was looking out for me and making sure I got the best value possible. If you’re heading in for an upgrade, ask for Nathan. He knows his stuff and takes great care of his customers.

    Nathan and the team here were excellent to work with. They did everything they could to save me money on my upgrade and made the process smooth and simple for med they also included a few great accessories to sweeten the deal. This will be my go to Verizon store from now on.

Like you’ve been trained specifically for families who arrive with five devices, ten questions, and one grandma who (rightfully) refuses to be rushed. What stood out most was your patience. You never made us feel like a burden, never talked down to anyone, and you kept explaining things until every single person understood what was happening. That matters. A lot.
