- EJem jayJun 1, 20251.0I called the store in brainerd where I purchased phones and service because both of my phones got crushed. I asked them to give me number transfer pins and shut my service off. The person I spoke to said they couldn't do that and I had to call the 1844 number. (this was in April) so I called the customer service line and waited on hold for 30 mins to finally speak to someone that did not speak good English. They said in order for me to get a number transfer pin I needed to have the phones to receive a text. (the phones are smashed) also I can't log in to my account without the phone because thier system is setup that you can only login with a code sent to the phone. So I can't access my account and they would not give me my number transfer pin. So I said just turn the service off they said they did. I was checking my bank account and they have been charging me for phone service. I would not recommend using cricket to anyone.
