Trying to cancel your plan or your dececed family members plan and surrendering yours or a family members phone is more of a hassle than it needs to be. The manager didnt have acess to cancel the phone plan and the manager and i were on the phone with customer service to get us to the right people and that was a hassle because they were transferring us to the wrong people and department. When we finally got somewhere and was able to wrap everything up the agent on the phone was trying to convince me to keep my family members phone and sell it for more money instead of surrendering it. Odd?
