Very knowledgeable, but was not afraid to double check things with her manager. We have technology, but are not necessarily super tech savvy and she was able to "dumb it down" for me when I asked. Not everyone can simplify things like that. Everyone there was very welcoming. We will definitely be returning to this place before going anywhere else for sure. We are incredibly grateful!
