  I went to this store one evening about one hr before closing. I went in with a foul taste in my mouth. I was switching to Verizon from T-Mobile due to trying to save some $$. Before I went in, I was initially told I was going to save roughly $30 a month with auto pay. Upon going in and on the edge of tears because I had the worse experience with my switch over I was greeted by Abby (Abbigail) she was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation. She juggled some numbers and actually saved me around $40 with auto pay and she got me into the phone I actually wanted. We definitely need more customer representatives EVERYWHERE like Abby. I am so pleased with the way I helped that evening. Thank you Abby. I hope you are recognizing. I know that kindness was not just extended to me. Thank you for your time, patience and grace.

  I worked with abby and she was able to figure out a big issue that even long time managers couldn't figure out. she was fast respectful and honest.

  I recently got a new phone from the Verizon store on Edgewood in Baxter, MN. Changing from Motorola 5G to Google 10 Pixel took a bit of getting used to for me. It solved a few issues, including the Motorola port because it was getting worn out and I was concerned about being able to charge it for much longer. The new phone can be charged on a pad so I can use my wired Bose headset for music without risking wear on the port. I was even able to keep my old phone without an increase in cost. Abby was very helpful in setting up the phone, transferring data, changing the service plan, etc. She had the patience of a saint while I navigated the many questions that came up. Since then, I've learned more about the phone from email with instructions. I still have more to learn about the phone, but the device and service swap reduced my costs significantly. On a fixed income, it's helpful to know someone is looking out for me!

  Kenzie was like watching poetry in motion! It was busy in the store when I went in. She stayed friendly and professional the whole time. Super knowledgeable and an excellent multi-tasker, taking care of 3 customers at once and just rotating between us all. She was fantastic!
