- JPJim PickusAug 16, 20251.0I have tried to call the Brainerd store on SEVERAL occasions with questions about a product you sell or a product I bought from Best Buy. All I receive is a generated call service and my question/s have NEVER been answered. Every time I ask a question I get store hours and your address and it hangs up on me. It never connects me with a sales representative to provide an answer. If this is the way Best Buy does business I will take mine elsewhere!!

Told me even though it was new with a protection plan, I'd have to get a new one. Not true. With YouTube help, fixed it myself.
