I was in need of a new phone, and one thing that really impressed me was they were not trying to sell me the most expensive, or best new phone. Greg was very helpful and efficient with finding me a phone that best fit my needs, all while answering all of my questions thoroughly. And after having to come in multiple times this week, each time he was patient and very communicative during the whole process. The supervisor was great too the first time I came into the store this week, helping me find affordable WiFi/internet options. He was also very communicative and professional. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. I highly recommend!
