  The staff at VCA are so caring and thoughtful. They love my cat Morty and are so good with him.

  Experience started off good, called in the morning to see if they could perform recommended tests (ultrasound, xrays, etc) and they said they could and would be able to get the dog in later that afternoon. Then it all went downhill...We get there for the appt (which was 6 hours after calling in the AM) - the vet looked in the ears, felt the body, looked at teeth (guess this was the "exam") then a tech came in and said the xray machine was broken and the person that schedules the ultrasounds was on vacation (she didn't like anyone else doing the scheduling). This was frustrating! It was the reason we came in with the dog and we would've appreciated if they had called during that 6 hour time period and told us this info so we could make other arrangements. Instead it was a wasted trip and they still charged us for an "exam" but we had no answers to the reason we were there in the first place. I just thought this could have been handled better.

  This place would not authorize a refill for my cats Science Diet K/D food. I was told that I HAD to make an appointment to get Frank seen first. He is totally fine..happy healthy..and its because of the food!! Not everyone can afford services and youre basically told too bad. This is an example of frivolous extortion....you pay so your cat can eat..absolutely disgusted

  Our dog has a lot of anxiety about many things and getting her nails cut is one of them. Even though she is kind of a pain to deal with they are all so nice to her and to me. We have been taking our dogs here for about 5 years and have been very happy with them.

  Love this place and the techs are awesome! I'm a nervous-nelly when it comes to nail trims and they always do a perfect job!
