- JBJacqui BlueDec 17, 20255.0I had to come leave a glowing review for Taylor at the Verizon store because she took excellent customer service care of my husband, my son, and I, last night and we couldn't be happier with our switch from horrible T-Mobile and their impersonal "go use the app" (even at the store!)/"we can't help you with anything within an hour of closing" approach, and spotty subpar service! Taylor was able to get us brand new phones and a bill at pretty much the same price we were paying! We walked in an hour before close and even though the whole process was very efficient, since I'm super just indecisive and have a lot of videos and photos saved on my old device, it took more than an hour past close to wrap up. Taylor was patient, professional, thorough, and kind.🥰 I can't think of a better descriptor to throw in there but if there is one add that mentally because her calm and cool vibe even got my grumpy 15-year-old son to work his way over from ignoring us to sitting as close to her as possible! I feel so much better about my long drives out to Pinckney to perform at The Dio now that I have excellence cell phone service that won't drop while I'm driving on scary roads with deer everywhere and I have Taylor to thank for it. If you're thinking about it, go ahead and pull the trigger switch from T-Mobile or from wherever, I wish I had months ago.

He was there with us almost 2 hours after closing, he made sure we had what was needed to access our new phones, watch and iPad. We will refer others to this location.
