  I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in for a prepaid service and was told I had to provide my ID. When I questioned it, the staff was dismissive and not helpful at all. There was no clear explanation of why it was required, and I felt pressured and uncomfortable. Customer service matters, and the way this was handled was unprofessional. If you’re going to require ID for prepaid services, at least explain the policy respectfully and clearly instead of making customers feel forced or disrespected. Lied about plan amount for sale! I won’t be returning.

  Purchased a phone at this Ypsilanti location on February 4, 2026. Was verbally told I had until February 11, 2026 to return phone and receipt says 7 days to return as well. I went to same location on February 11, 2026 and they refused the return. Now I am stuck with a phone I do not need nor like. The employee called the manager to get approval for return and she instead said the district manager needs to take care of it. So employee then calls district manager and she refused the return because she claimed it's outside the return window, which she said is actually 6 days from the date of purchase and not 7. District Manager was also very rude and hung up not once, but twice!!! I also called Cricket Customer Service while I was in the store, hoping they would honor their "7 day" return policy, and they told me there is nothing they can do- that it is up to the store location only, because that's where I purchased it. Anyone who buys a phone from cricket, please be forwarned that their return policy is actually SIX days, NOT seven, and I hope and pray you will not have to ever deal with their unhelpful manager and/or rude district manager. Hope this helps someone 🙏

  0 stars!!! Y’all suck literally. I’m wasting my gas coming up here for y’all to not answer the phone. Nobody is ever here like the other people said. I came up here yesterday no one was here, me and another lady just waiting to see if someone will come. I came back up here today, no answer, no one here. Just close the location if you don’t have anybody to work!! Just a waste of time. Do better, you’re a whole business. If you not open or the hours change simply update it.

  There was no one there yesterday (1/17/26) from at least 1:30 to 2:00 pm. No one there today at opening time (12:00). 1-18-26
