- TTTaylorJul 20, 20251.0If there were a zero star option, I would give this place zero stars. I recommend going to the Sparta location if you need to refill your service. We purchased our phones 30 days ago, and were told it comes with three months of service because we switched over. Turns out we did not get three months of service, and when we went to go talk to Alexandria, the lady who sold us our phones and the plan, she told us she could not help us. I asked to return the phone since it did not come with the three months of service as she stated when we bought it. She told me we cannot make returns after 30 days. It was right on the 30 day mark as of today so I should’ve been able to return it, but she would not allow that. She did not attempt to make anything right with us, so we went to the Sparta location. The person at the Sparta location fixed the issue for us. I will never go to the 28th St. location again even though it’s the closest option to us. Alexandria is a terrible customer service representative.
