- SVsteve vincentDec 4, 20251.0Geek squad sucks hard if you have an apple product don’t go to this store. I went in to pick up my product. Literally takes two minutes. I was there for 45 minutes because he didn’t wanna wait on me telling me it’s a timed appointment when I had a phone call stating when you come back into town, you can come and pick up your watch. All the employees do is walk around and talk with other employees when it takes two seconds to help out a customer.
