- SLSheila LenhartMay 20, 20251.0I reluctantly visited Geek Squad for an Apple repair when I couldn't get an appointment at the Apple Store. Biggest mistake ever. Staff was rude, unhelpful, and lacked any sense of time. Most techs stayed in back doing nothing while the line got longer and longer. I got more help at the T-Mobile store which I could then take to the Apple Store than I did at Geek Squad.

They quoted me with a product that was out of stock and also never told me what labor would cost only that if I paid 189 for the year they would install it. Kinda a bogus deal.. they were friendly. But extremely over priced
- TKThian KallioMay 25, 20212.0So their phone service has been down a while.... I'll update this later if its ever back. Previous experiances before I did these reviews was pretty decent. Most times they get lame calls about something thats as easy as turning it off and on again. Yeah its a real thing, not just in movies. The tech support back then was pretty good. But as I said. Cant call them. Cant even reach a desk to ask of they carry a specific item or not. Kinda bothersome snd anoying because it forces me to leave the house and drive over there just to find out they dont carry what I'm looking for.
