- BLBlake LimonSep 18, 20251.0Terrible experience, I regret coming here! The manager was rude and uncooperative. He refused to give me an itemized receipt, saying, "That's not how we do things here." To top it off, he promised a free case and screen protector, but when I checked my bill at another Cricket store, I was charged for both! Completely misleading and shady. I hope upper management investigates this because I was treated horribly just for doing business with them. I’ll never return to this location. Such treatment is neither conducive to fostering loyalty nor to retaining a valued customer. Two separate locations confirmed that many other customers have had issues with said manager of this location.
