By mini fridge died and I needed a new one. Online was too expensive and would take too long. I swung into the store, pointed it the one I wanted, someone rang me up for it, And they brought it out to my car. The whole process took 20 minutes, and it was cheaper than buying it online. Plus I got the benefit of not having my food rot while I wait.
10 out of 10 would buy a mini fridge here again

Had a Geek squad come to my home to set up windows 11 on computer I ordered from Dell. He did very little and within two weeks I was hacked...took computer to IT specialist and found two malicious softwares were installed on my computer. Allowed others to access all my accounts. He was the " ONLY" one to touch the computer....IT man said he really messed up my computer as well as placing this software... currently seeking legal advice. STAY away from Geek Squad. Please !

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Most folks here seem to work in departments where they have genuine interest and experience in their products on a personal level. I went in yesterday to get us a replacement face pad for our Quest and walked out with a week's worth of new knowledge to test and try. Last Christmas I was looking for a 42 inch budget brand tv for my daughter. They helped me find a like-new LG 55 in 4k open box option for under budget.

We had an issue with our washer after having it for only a short period of time. The manager C.T. was super helpful, quick to find a resolution, assuring us he was there to take care of us and keep us happy best buy consumers. Every appliance and electronic in our home has been purchased through best buy, and the follow through yesterday from him is the exact reason we will continue to only purchase everything we can there to have this kind of support.
