Addison was amazing! We went in today just looking to see what laptop I would want and came out confident in what I bought! He was super helpful, talking about/comparing his own laptop and what he uses his for so that we could understand the specs. He was also honest about what he wasn’t sure about and looked into it for us without us saying anything. He was very personable and welcoming as well! He wasn’t trying to sell us on the biggest and best thing they had, he genuinely listened to what I wanted and to what I would use it for and gave us an honest opinion on the quality. If we could give him a Christmas bonus we would!!

If I could give half a star I would. I am really disappointed in the level of service received at the store and how difficult they make it to correct a scheduling error when it is no fault of the customer. There is no way to call into the store and customer service gave verbal confirmation over the phone on a date delivery but somehow did not accurately notate the call conversation or give a confirmation number. I was taken aback because over the years I have received amazing service from this store but am entirely disappointed and feel like I can no longer depend on the follow through and customer service levels previously accustomed to.

I went online to Best Buy’s website to purchase a Digital Xbox Game Pass Core 12 Month Membership which was listed as being purchasable. When I got the code and went to redeem it, I was informed the Core Membership is no longer available and therefore it wanted to automatically convert to a 3 month Game Pass Ultimate membership. I specifically wanted the 12 months of Core membership because of the cheaper price, not the 3 months of Ultimate. I was also informed in the store that such a return could be made since I hadn’t completed redeeming the code. They told me that Best Buy customer service could help. Well I spoke to the manager Charity and was informed that since the item was listed “non returnable” when purchased that it was not possible to give me a refund. This is false advertising on Best Buy’s part and I should be able to get a refund. An item that no longer exists in reality should not be available for purchase on Best Buy’s website. I’m thinking a lawsuit is next on my list.
