  I am a combat vet and i have brought my service dog Cassie here i Asked 3 times to talk to the doctor was contacted by everyone else but the doctor and then the doctor refused to talk to me or make time to talk for 5 seconds after I years and over $10,000 spent the lack of concern and willingness to work with me is apparent. I would take your animal elsewhere

  The staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything perfectly to me so I was able to tell my sister what she needed to do to take care of her puppy post surgery!

  We brought our guinea pig in for a dental exam, and the team was incredibly thorough and attentive. They explained what the procedure would involve, and discussed the risks and costs honestly. They clearly care about their patients and want the best outcomes, and they even asked us to keep them updated on our pig’s progress. We really appreciated how knowledgeable, compassionate, and careful this team was. If you have small exotic pets, you can trust that they take the time to examine them thoroughly and explain all your options.

  This place doesn't deserve their title. To the soulless individuals that call themselves "staff" at VCA White Lake Animal Hospital - You should be ashamed of yourselves. Labeling yourself an "animal hospital" -- Not a "Veterinary Clinic" permits you with a responsibility. You simply do not turn away a gravely injured animal, struggling to breathe, convulsing, and refuse to even look to stabilize. If you are open, you stabilize. Yet in my specific situation, my gasping for air 6 year old German Shepherd was turned away. The reason? "Well we close in 7 minutes because its Saturday" As my baby girl, YOUR repeated patient for MULTIPLE years, lays in my passenger seat gasping for air, your staff decided that was the appropriate action and response. As I am already AT your facility. No, directing me to a 24/7 veterinary clinic 16 MILES away is not sufficient. It is reckless. It is dangerous, and you all should be ashamed of yourselves. I will make it my mission to have this message and incident spread to as many of your consumers as possible. They deserve to know how their family members are being treated. A hospital would not turn an in-need child away, Your community should know that you are willing to turn an in-need dog away, to protect your Saturday evenings. Sure, one can say that VCA White Lake Animal Hospital didn't have the staffing capabilities- They don't know. They didn't even bother to consider helping. Respect your furry children and stay away.

  Went there today to put my dog down and the vet that first came in was so rude I forgot her name but they know who I’m talkin about you shouldn’t be coming in the room with an attitude like that when I’m putting my dog down made it a horrible visit but the second one came in her name was Cayley and the doctor were so nice and respectful and it felt like they wanted to do the best for us thank you Cayley and the very nice doctor
