I was as a difficult customer not because I was unpleasant but because I’m lousy with technology. I also couldn’t remember half of my logins or passwords. Adam was kind, patient and he worked through all the detail and got it done. I appreciate his patience and kindness. Both seem to be rare in today’s retail environment.

Verizon sucks and always has. Good service, loads of lies and bs about deals and savings. Always charge you way more monthly then they claim they will in the store. Bunch of thieves tbh.
