He was incredibly patient and considerate of our situation. He made the whole experience more enjoyable and less stressful and overwhelming. We were paying unbelievably high bills for old phones and left with brand new phones and a better bill! Austin was also extremely helpful and kind. They stayed after hours to finish the process and make sure we were all set up. I cannot thank them enough for being so genuine, professional, and helpful in this process. I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. These guys know what they're doing!

We had a very overwhelming situation with multiple carriers involved, having to add my grandparents to the plan, and lots of crazy high bills. Mark walked us through every step, making the whole process so much easier and had us walking out feeling much better about our monthly bill. - BBBecky BrantNov 17, 20254.0Austin was amazing and went above and beyond! I went in because my Samsung 25+ completely died after only 6months, turns out the motherboard needed to be replaced! This is a primary business phone so I was furious when ultimately my only choice was using Samsung warranty which would leave me without a phone for several days while parts were ordered and repair happened. When I expressed my anger and disappointment of Samsung’s terrible customer service, Austin spent extra time making calls and working to come up with a resolution which included leaving Samsung so my business was not left without a phone.

Also kept a great mood and attitude even though I got frustrated with the log in problems. Highly recommend.
