They had a limited selection of phone cases for my phone and said they would "special order" my preferred phone case and it would be available to pick up on Friday, no big deal. When I went to get it on Friday they said it hadn't came in yet it would be there Tuesday, no biggie. I called on Tuesday to make sure it was there and they said it will be there Wednesday, once again no big deal. I went there today to pick it up. Apparently, the person that was supposed to drop it off to that location took it home instead, it isnt there, no biggie. Refund my account and I will find it elsewhere at this point. There are no refunds for "special orders" . This place is mis managed and un organized.
