  Walked in Asked what I thought was a simple question about USB security keys Was told I should talk to geek squad Geek squad may not have been overtly rude, but they were not helpful or accommodating to anyone in line One woman was scheduled for 3:20 and noone even spoke to her until 334, meanwhile the one guy at the counter was just talking to a customer, not working on the computer, then he left as soon as he was done shooting the breeze

  Refused to sell a prismatic SPC to me during business hours. I arrived around 7:40pm on 1/23 to buy a SPC that I seen was stocked. The employee said he can't sell the SPCs tonight because of company policy but confirmed they had the SPCs in stock. The employee told me if I wanted to buy one, I had to come back Saturday morning. After Best Buy closed Annastasia the manager allowed multiple employees to buy all the stock. I seen the stock go from three to zero with online stock checking apps. Moments later I watched mulitple employees walk out around 8:40pm with SPCs. Tom was the most embarassing employee. He had no shame in taking product from customers to benefit himself. I asked the security guard with glasses and goatee who was the manager. He laughed and said "don't worry about it". This is the 2nd time I watched this Best Buy refuse selling to customers so employees can scalp highly sought after items. Filed a compliant with the open & honest ethics line.
