I literally had to call and talk to customer service as I walked around the store. Not one in-store associate ever approached me and asked if I needed help. A couple looked my way, but once we made eye contact the turned their heads and looked away. This was before I called customer service. That being said, customer service on the phone was amazing and saved this review from being 1 star!

when it’s slightly busy it’s almost like you can’t find someone to help you, when they’re slow everybody keeps asking if they can help you but overall the people are helpful when you need info on certain tech/electronics or appliances and they usually keep the place well stocked in inventory

My Zagg screen was looking pretty rough. Didn't have my screen so they found a suitable Zagg screen. It was a little short on the bottom. Works for me.

I purchased a MacBook Air on Saturday, 11/29/2025. At first, my order said it would be ready for pickup that same day. Since I was out of town, I changed the pickup method to delivery.
On Monday, I started receiving tracking updates saying it would arrive on 12/1, but by the end of the evening Roadie reported that the delivery was canceled. The same thing happened again on Tuesday.
Now it’s Wednesday, a new Roadie delivery gig was created at 6 a.m., and as of 7:42 p.m. my order is still listed as “in progress.” At this point, it feels like I was charged a lot of money for an item I may never receive. I am truly disgusted by this entire process.
