Went ibtobthe store to buy 2 computer monitors. I noticed laptops on sale in open box so I asked about them. A lady told a male worker and he had to go get the key. After he returned, Another customer in the same area asked about paper. The worker never acknowledged me, and continued to help the other customer get paper and rung her up. Since I wasn't important to him I left and ordered my monitors from Amazon.

Horrible company. We bought a washer and dryer we had them come out. They charged us to connect them and they refused to connect. Before they refused to do their job I hear them outside laughing how they are going to make us make them come back. We called for a refund and they refused the refund by saying oh we connect for free it's the kits that you had to pay for. Lucky we knew a few people and we had a family friend hook them up for us doing the job best buy refused to do and ran off with our money. I will not be going back to this best buy ever again. What kinda of company comes out makes fun of the owners loudly for everyone in the complex to hear while refusing to do their job they are completely unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the Better business bureau. The fact that they insulted me my wife my mother in-law treated us like trash refused to do their job and their company refusing to refund us the services we paid for all while making fun of us stating multiple times outside while talking to each other on how they was going to screw us over is messed up. They thought we couldn't hear them but they was so loud everyone around us even our neighbors could hear them is completely messed up. Not only I'm i going to report best buy I'm going to have the company investigated for treating their customers unprofessionally and we will never shop at best buy ever again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Best Buy today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help. I came in looking for a new laptop and had a few questions about different models, and one of the associates patiently explained all the options, performance specs, and even helped me compare prices to make sure I got the best deal. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with the latest electronics, TVs, and appliances. Checkout was smooth, and they even helped me set up my rewards account to earn points for future purchases. The Geek Squad team was amazing too — they helped me transfer all my data from my old computer without a single issue. Overall, it was a great shopping experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend this Best Buy location for anyone looking for quality electronics, great deals, and top-notch customer service.

I want to give a shout out to The geek squad and the manager Jaime. I bought the laptop protection the Total protection or something like that thinking that it was going to extend my computers warranty for another year after the warranty had failed. I thought it covered hardware issues, but it did not. But I purchased it with the idea in mind that it did. Sometime ago I brought my computer in and it needed a fan, which I bought from Amazon it was going to install it myself, but upon inspection I said I better leave this to a professional. So I brought my laptop to Best buy and ask them how much would it charge to install the fan, to which they said well we can install it for you and if you get the service we'll install it for free and anything else you need done for the rest of the year! I said sold! So like going on after they installed it things were good until they weren't because my computer started overheating again. Color me surprised when I take my computer back to Best buy within the year only to find out that the service I purchased was for really software. So that was a little upset. But I did tell the manager Jaime of my predicament. She worked with me, in worked out something with the other managers and was able to get me a two-year protection plan for my laptop for my troubles for which I am very thankful. So thank you geek squad, thank you Jaime, and thank you to the rest of management at Best buy for taking care of your customer. Sincerely Louis.
