When the guy did get to me, I cheerfully told him that I wanted to take advantage of the "Bring in your AT&T or T-Mobile bill and we'll give you a better deal" advertisement. After quoting me 10% higher than the bill I brought it, he said that he already applied that discount (??) and that he "[doesn't] know what it's saying on TV, but that's not true" that they match or beat the bill. Then he tried to convince me that I'm getting a better deal with what he proposed to me, which is unequivocally wrong. I left so uninspired and frustrated.
