  Shout out to Joey at this store. I stopped at this store a couple weeks ago. Although Joey wasn't able to help me with my request that day, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in telling me where to go to resolve my request.

  The phone was ready when I got there. They helped me pick out a case and screen protector and also took the time to explain how easy it would be to sync the two phones. Very friendly and helpful.

  I am utterly disgusted with how my family has been treated going into this store. This is a Verizon retailor, is it not? So when someone comes in with questions and needing help with a Verizon phone, shouldn't that person get treated with respect as a prospect of a customer or even future customer. That was not the case when my family came into the store. We where met with rude attitudes and no help. The disrespectful child working.. kept refusing to help because this store is "third party" Any time we asked for help they pointed out they where "third party" I do not care if this store was made from gold... it says Verizon on the building we should have been offered answers to our questions, options on where to go for a Corporately owned store, or even a number to get a real person to help us. But instead we where met with being rushed and reminded we where in the wrong place. I sure do hope not everyone that works here is this rude. Coming from someone who has worked in Sales... stop chasing commission and start learning customer service.
