He continued helping a family of four. Three other customers walked out while waiting for the one sales guy. As someone in business and customer service, train your staff to at least acknowledge the patrons and get an idea of what they need. He did not even spend 5 minutes with her and told her sorry there’s nothing I can do. Train your staff to be human.
