So beyond upset. This associate(Armando) that worked with me this day has completely ruined my entire upgrade experience. I am coming from an iPhone 13 Pro that was on iOS 16. I’ve been waiting years for the experience that everyone else has been getting on their upgrade. My sister and I walk in and we’re not approached for about 10 minutes after we sat in silence in the lobby. Then the said associate comes over and cuts us off after every single sentence trying to finish ours to understand why we were there. We patiently waited after him to finish up his other clients that were there before us. He then made way over to us. My sister needed to return her phone and I needed to upgrade, long story short. We were there for about 4 1/2 hours because I was told that my update to transfer wouldn’t take that long, and then about after 2 1/2 hours when it was halfway done I was told that “these things take forever so good luck”. I only get one day off from my work and this was how it was spent. I was not shown any new features or even how to silence my phone. We were told that we were given 30 days to return my old phone, since the associate couldn’t help me transfer my iCloud again. I only get one day off during the week that means I can only come in on a Saturday. They charged my dad‘s account for over $100 for the phone not being sent back even though we were told 30 days it’s only been 20 they then called my dad threatening to charge $600 for my phone if it was not returned by today, well today I tried to call the store and I got connected to an agent that is not at the store. They then tried to call the store and no one answered them. So, here is me stating that this phone (13 pro) will be returned tomorrow and not today. And if that’s still going to be a problem, we can just return the 17 that I had purchased and I can go through Apple.

We came in to purchase a new phone to repace a very old one. We needed to transfer the service from another provider as well. Donovin was patient, helpful and successful. We observed his demeanor as he dealt with several customers who were impatient and busy, as well as with his colleagues on line and via phone. Trying to accomplish what we and other customers do without personal help would be difficult if not impossible especially for elderly customers. I hope the corporate structure recognizes this, and gives credit to exceptional people like Donovin!!
