The individual I spoke with a day prior made it clear for individuals plan process consisted of simple requirements; Drivers license and SSN and For The Business Plans the Articles Of Organization and TIN were required. The sales guy informed me the business line meant “ Two Cell phones” and of course I don’t need two phone so I had him run the individual plan for financing and I was declined and when I wanted to run it for a business plan I was denied the ability to apply because “ they had to run it combined” it being my consumer and credit like I’m incompetent to understanding what a consumer report and a credit report is and the difference between a TIN and SSN. Even tho I could produce my Business paperwork and TIN. Of course “they don’t know who I spoke with” a day prior and of course the weren’t there today go figure. I Do NOT RECOMMEND INQUIRING SERVICE THROUGH VERIZON For Discrimination and presumption that I’m incompetent being that I’m a Black Man.
