And the next was when I asked to upgrade my phone. The gentleman seemed frustrated as soon as I asked to work on my commercial account with over 10 lines on it. If I come in to the store why would you have me call Verizon? And when you spend close to 12000$ a year in cellular service you would think they would jump to help you. About to switch to T-Mobile would give 0 stars if I could

If I can give zero stars I would… I believe the reps name is Lance at this location but he needs some serious customer service training. Now that this has happened and I looked at the reviews of this location I can see that others had issues with him as well. To be honest not sure why he is still working in this field as this did not seem like a passion of his. From the very beginning he had an attitude and was talking to us in a belittled way. Instead of being patient and helping us and ultimately making a deal, he made us feel so uncomfortable that we had to leave. He was not helpful, talked to us as if we were not grown adults! Wouldn’t recommend going to this location.
