Haven't been here in years, decided to shop local since the price was the same, purchased a laptop, the girl kept trying to sell me another brand which was half the cost, but I kept telling her what I wanted and she kept trying to convince me on a cheaper one....im used to trying to upsell but downsell....thats a first. I wanted a chrome plus.....a Lenovo but was open to other brands if it was a chrome plus.....odd.

I switched computers too and thanks to Drew going way above and beyond I got all the photos of my late mother as well a my other docs backed up. One Drive hadn't synced for quite some time but Drew had it handled! Thanks fellas!! You're the best!

I bought a standing desk from Best Buy. Put it together and it was defective, the screws wouldn't even hold into the desktop board, it fell apart. Next it would not collapse. I completed a return request online, printed the bar code and per the instructions, took it to the Utica store to return it. We brought in the original large box with some of the parts and the large desk part that wouldn't fit in the box. The clerk scanned the bar code but the code was for the wrong item! They would not help me collapse the desk or return it and said we needed to haul it all back home and call Best Buy and the manufacturer to return it. We left it all there at the store and never got a refund. I'm also a Best Buy Reward Member, so that was useless too. Very disappointed that they would sell me a pile of junk and not help me get my refund! I'll never make that mistake again!
