I had a 100 dollar off coupon for a OLED LG tv and they told me it was for a different tv model when it specifically said it was for that tv! and they would not honor it! ALSO They told me if i paid 10 dollars for the instillation of my privacy screen protector it would be a free installation from here on out by any best buy, come to find out they lied at this store. Now for the install I would need to pay $8, which is not a large amount but going from 0 to 8 is a big jump. HORRIBLE PEOPLE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE DO NOT COME HERE.
