Two employees helping one customer while everyone else just stands there waiting is completely inefficient and a waste of people’s time. The attitude is also very bad — especially when it comes to transfer-out requests. They keep passing you around and pushing responsibility to someone else instead of actually helping. It feels like they are deliberately making the process harder. Very frustrating experience overall.

They could have let me know beforehand. Advance Auto Parts did this when I made an order right away. They are very slow service, only like 4 people working and a dozen customers waiting, Seem to be always short staffed.
