- LLLurahSep 16, 20251.0I stopped in and waited about 5 minutes in an empty store before someone came out. Check in was via QR code. The store was very empty and dirty for a place that sells such high end items... The guy that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. While I was waiting, an elderly couple came in and really struggled with the check in process. They waited about 10 minutes and no one greeted them, so I assured them he was in the back working on my dryer and should be out soon and started small talk to keep them busy, I assumed he was the only one working... Finally another guy came out. When the couple asked for help purchasing a replacement battery, he just pointed them to the QR code and said they had to do that first. They were in their 80s and had no idea how to do it. He was not helping them at all, he clearly felt it wasn't his problem, so I ended up volunteering to help them check in their vacuum on their phones while he stood there silently. I couldn't believe how rude he was to this poor elderly couple. Now, flash forward 3 days later and my dryer is ready for pickup. In the store they say they take discover, and now they call and I'm trying to check out online, and they don't. They also don't except cash. Not sure how I'm going to get my dryer now. The guy is being no help whatsoever. I'm guessing it's the bearded guy that refused to help the elderly couple... I wish this wasn't the only repair store in the state. If I could give 0 stars I would.

- TCTravis CartlandAug 5, 20251.0So my TP07 Bladeless fan stops turning on, I thought I would have to drive 4 hours each way to Mississauga to get it fixed but I was delighted to find this location only 40 minutes from my location, so I called and asked if once repair was done they could ship it back to Canada or if I would have to pick it up they said I would have to pick it up (no problem). So I rent a car and cross the boarder, drive 40 minutes to this location to be told it has a Canadian serial number, it cant be put in their system and my only choice is to take it to Mississauga, wish I had been given this info over the phone when I specifically called to see if it could be shipped back to Canada or not 👍
