I have always had issues with apple stores in past (12 oaks and partridge) today I arrived early, the gentleman outside thecstore was amazing and so informative. Then when open the staffs professionalism, attention to detail and service were top notch. I will probably drive the extra 20 min. in the future to cone to this store.

1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR WHAT THE MANAGER THERE WITH HAT ON HIS HEAD ALWAYS. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND WHEN I MADE A COMPLAINT ONLINE, NO ONE CONTACTED ME BACK. I THINK APPLE HAS THE WORST CLIENT SERVICES. THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AS IF WE ARE A LOWER CLASS THEN THEIR RUDE MANAGER.

Kind people but unsure if they even do repairs here. Iphone needed to be fixed and they were to order a part on January 18th, 2025 and call me when the part came in so I could stop back in and get it fixed per Rachel. I never received a call. Then called apple support again 2 weeks later and was told I’d receive a call and still have not. It is difficult because I can’t even get in contact with the store myself. This is all information being given to the store by “Apple Support”

Came in for them to replace my speakers on my phone! They said it would take 1hr tops. Got got in around 10:50am and they said they’ll be done around 11:50am. I get back roughly 12noon! I received my phone just for it to sound like they did nothing! Now I’m forced to sit around this store after doing 12 hrs getting off at 10am for them to actually fix my phone! If you all not paying attention they will try and get over on you!!!! Go elsewhere !!! Wait a second! They just came and said they wanna replace the inside of my phone! Another 45mins
