Not only were we not greeted, or even acknowledged, until 45 minutes of us waiting in the lobby, when asked if we should continue to wait or perhaps appointments were requried, he responded rudely, making us feel like we were the ones intruding. Prices were not accurately explained, suprise costs and hidden fees continue to arrive weeks later. Unless you want to have zero knowledge of what you're paying, even after asking multiple times for further explanation, you may want to steer clear of this location. Great experiences elsewhere, this was one time I should have followed my intuition on this one.

Tim at Verizon was determined and invested in making sure I was able to get every one of my pictures transitioned. Mind you I had over 17,000 pictures. With trouble shooting different options we were able to complete the full transition. Their teamwork and commitment to the customer is above and beyond.
