Tim at Verizon was determined and invested in making sure I was able to get every one of my pictures transitioned. Mind you I had over 17,000 pictures. With trouble shooting different options we were able to complete the full transition. Their teamwork and commitment to the customer is above and beyond.

Spencer was a very nice guy and informative. He told me about everything that was new about the phone. He even helped me transfer all my data from the old phone to the new phone so I could trade my phone in. I recommend that if you need a new phone and accessories go to this store. Everyone was top notch and friendly.
