  I won’t be buying from Best Buy’s website ever again! Sold me a monitor from a different company. Screen was damaged and they said sorry, it’s not our product even though it was purchased on their site.

  Very dissapointed in my experience today. I worked with Justin in the PC Department, and I essentially explained to him that I needed a new laptop, that was only going to be used for my banking, and checking my email. He immediately brought me over to a $1,600 HP laptop and explained to me why I would need all of the features. I shut it down instantly, saying I didn’t want to spend that much. I understand upselling and it’s what your bosses probably want you to do, but $1,600?? Crazy. We ended up finding a laptop that worked for me, it was around $580, and was on a good sale (he said). The part that really bothered me, was that he pitched me some Membership program that I had zero interest in, and told him that many times. The second i told him no the first probably 3 times, his attitude completely changed, and it seemed like he didn’t even want to be there, or want me to be there. He didn’t offer me a bag, or even acknowledge me after i paid for the laptop. This is completely unprofessional, all because I didn’t want a $200 Membership that I wasn’t going to use. Management needs to sit down with him or anyone that is doing this, and fix this. I will not be back.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received during our recent visit. My parents drove two hours to shop at this location, only to be treated with disrespect and condescension by one of the employees. The employee was very pushy about selling us a membership we repeatedly declined. Despite clearly stating that we were not interested, he continued to pressure us and became increasingly rude. Most concerning, he refused to ring up our purchases simply because we chose not to buy the membership he was promoting. No customer should feel pressured, belittled, or denied service over declining an optional add-on. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior so other families do not have to go through what we did. I believe the employee who gave this behavior was a larger red haired man named Justin.

  Was trying to buy an rtx 5070 but nobody would help. There for over 30 minutes and not one person ever even tried.

  I recently purchased a tablet that was used as a demo model in a Best Buy store. When I got home, I realized that the tablet required a reset. The store staff seemed reluctant to help from the moment we arrived. I asked for a simple cardboard box to protect the tablet, but they handed me three plastic bags with clear indifference. When I returned to the store to complain, the manager did nothing and didn’t even offer an apology. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and would not recommend purchasing demo units from this location.
