IGN 10/10 , NERF IRELIA, but seriously, people work here to make a living for their family. The fact that a credit card app or getting protection on something to aid in extra money for their family is interesting, but being an employee of past have to say: I never would over sell someone. When you get a real human helping you, listening to your story.... Best Buy Delivers. No cap. Love these cats and the humans willing to work for pennies on the dime (even if pennies are getting phased out).

Took my laptop in as my keyboard became unresponsive. Technician said it was a known problem for Windows 11. He uninstalled the keyboard in the device manager, rebooted the computer and it fixed it. I had done this at home and it did not work. The next day, my keyboard was not working again. I went on chat with Geek Squad and he informed me that Windows 11 probably did not download correctly and I needed to take it back to the store and tell them they need to do more thorough examination of the computer. In the mean time, I kept deleting the keyboard and rebooting and after about 9 times, it worked.
