Justin (Shift Manager) at the Traverse City Best Buy provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Extremely knowledgeable and informative, and took the time to actually explain things instead of rushing the interaction. Very transparent and honest, which is rare these days. You can tell he genuinely knows his stuff and cares about helping customers make the right decision. Excellent experience all around.

Ran in about 45 minutes before close looking for a couple products. Kyle and Hope were extremely helpful, as well as very nice and enjoyable to talk to. Great location, thank you Kyle and Hope for the awesome service!

Just wanna say in the past they've been fantastic. I was in there last Friday to get a new watch using there price match guarantee. I understand they only price match certain competitors of which I was having them match walmart.coms price. The item was being sold directly by them. I was then told by the manager that he would not be price matching due to the galaxy watch 7 not being in stock at the closest Walmart to them. It was a available in Cadillac as well as online for purchase anytime. I just went ahead and read the terms of service for the price match guarantee and discovered this manager lied to my face about the policy. They are supposed to price match online prices as well. Not to mention earlier in the day I tried to contact the store with some questions I was hung up on by there ai system when asking to talk to a person. When it finally put me through to someone it was a random person in a call center who also hang up on me. It took me 45 minutes of trying to call to get ahold of someone. This whole experience as soured my whole view of best buy.

Had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Brandon.
I lost my cell phone in a huge snow pile. The ringer was on silent and the phone was down to 1%. After hours of searching without success, I knew I needed a new phone. It was late, snowy outside and the store was near closing. I came running in at the last minute desperate to get a new cell phone. Brandon was willing to help me get a new phone at that late hour. He was patient, very informative and helped me find a sufficient replacement at a fair price.

So, it’s Best Buy. Good reliable place to go for video games, headphones and things like that. We bought a SAMSUNG clothes washer there BRAND NEW and after just 2 years of washing old people clothes, it had a complete meltdown. Honestly, it’s just an old couple using it… nothing too extreme. This rating is more for the Best Buy corporate buyer to review. The person that submits the POs to SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG products are 💩. Even the friendly repair guy said it, and he had nothing invested. how does an $800 part go bad on a $500 washer? if you want headphones, batteries, or a soda pop, go to Best Buy.
If you want a good, reliable clothes washer, go to Max’s and buy a Speed Queen. Best Buy corporate dropped the ball on clothes washers and should carefully review their inventory and the shoddy SAMSUNG equipment they carry. Step 1 of a 26 step complaint process.
