  They are always helpful when i need it. They sell good quality items and usually have amazing deals too.

  Me and my husband went into the store to buy pokemon because we adopted a new hobby opening packs together for fun and told a friend about them. We found out there was another set they were selling we went back in to pick up one and got treated like criminals. One of the employees up at the front of the store asked us what we were buying in a hostile tone and my husband joked and said “nothingggg” to which the guy clearly didn’t think was funny and tried to accuse us of reselling in the parking lot even though there was no proof. All the other employees there are kind and I have had a pleasant experience at Best Buy in TC but this experience really makes me disappointed and I am not sure I will be coming back as often as I used to. Please understand that not everyone is a bad guy and some people just love to open cards together and have fun.

  Be VERY careful shopping online. They are now a marketplace, like Walmart or Etsy. The difference? They take no responsibility for their vendors. Lost shipment? They won’t help you. No response from the vendor? They won’t help you. And takes 4 times as many days to get your if you can even get it. If you do not see an option to pick up in store DO NOT BUY. This means it’s a marketplace item. You will have zero support troubleshooting. Trust me. Found this out the hard, time consuming, and frustrating way. Oh and marketplace items will make you sign for everything. $30 item? signature required. $15 item? Signature required. $5 item, yup, you guessed it, required. And they won’t even tell you that when placing the order. One day you will find yourself not at home missing your package every single day because $20 was too much for the vendor to risk. But Amazon will deliver $500 items with no signature. So, be extremely careful, otherwise you’ll never get your product and Best Buy will take zero responsibility and offer zero help. Buy from Amazon. Sorry to say it, because I wanted Best Buy to survive, but I will buy from a retail giant that can actually give customer service.

  Very disappointed I wont be wasting my time here again. Went in for a phone case for the new s26 ultra and walked around the phone section for 15 mins with no help. Finally got the attendants attention and asked if they had any cases for the specific phone. He responded if we did they would be over there and pointed where I was just looking. The website shows them in stock at the store but I never found them or got any assistance.
