- MHMatt HickeyMar 10, 20255.0I’ll start by saying I had a great experience and the gentleman helping me somehow fixed my blue screen of death! Not only was he very busy and made time to address my issue in a timely and polite manner, he squeezed tens of minutes here and there between his already scheduled appointments to troubleshoot and ultimately disassemble the back of my laptop. While in the store he claimed to be one step short of getting my laptop to turn on, I boarded my flight and what do you know? It turned on!! (After several rounds of repairs and loading). I wish I could’ve celebrated this win with him and thanked him more, but to my bearded man on 3/10/2025 - thank you for all of your help and for the kind and calm manner with which you do work!! I recovered my several very important reports since the last time I backed up my computer. I would definitely recommend him/this Geek Squad!!
