  I’ll start by saying I had a great experience and the gentleman helping me somehow fixed my blue screen of death! Not only was he very busy and made time to address my issue in a timely and polite manner, he squeezed tens of minutes here and there between his already scheduled appointments to troubleshoot and ultimately disassemble the back of my laptop. While in the store he claimed to be one step short of getting my laptop to turn on, I boarded my flight and what do you know? It turned on!! (After several rounds of repairs and loading). I wish I could’ve celebrated this win with him and thanked him more, but to my bearded man on 3/10/2025 - thank you for all of your help and for the kind and calm manner with which you do work!! I recovered my several very important reports since the last time I backed up my computer. I would definitely recommend him/this Geek Squad!!

  Geek squad fixed my modem. I called several times for the next five days to see if it was fixed yet. Geek squad claimed they called to advise it was fixed on April 1. There was no record on my phone that they called or left a message. They fixed it but would have been nice if they had called. Funny that when I called, the automated response from Geek was that they were still working on getting it assigned to a tech for repair. Not acceptable.

  Said we needed to replace our whole phone, instead went elsewhere and got the battery replacement needed.

  I called to talk with Geek Squad to see if they can IPad batteries. I was on hold for over 10 minutes never got to talk with anyone. So I hung up and just tried calling to talk with general customer service and still being on hold for over 10 minutes!
