Tonight was ridiculous Aubrey was completely filled with attitude because we needed help and she wanted to talk on her phone. She was literally huffing and sighing through are $300 dollar purchased. If you want good service this is not the store. Have had a cricket account for 12 yrs and only this store staff has ever been rude, unprofessional and filled with attitude
- DBDonna BJul 28, 20251.0This was the most rude customer service I have encountered in a very long time. Aubrey was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I bought a new phone and ended up having to go to another location due to Aubrey poor customer service. This was at 11-1130am 07/28/25. All she wanted was to see her friends that were in the parking lot. An older couple came in right before we left and the way she talked to them and answered their questions was even more disgusting to witness. Any positive reviews for Aubrey are more than likely friends and family. Pay attention to the one stars with Aubrey because she does not belong in customer service. Our business now goes to a Monroe location where I had zero issues with their customer service and they were able to do what Aubrey didn't want to do. Zero stars if I could. You could retrain her but common sense and common courtesy you can't teach. Check your camera and you will see everything I explained here
