I got lied to about the return policy one in person and on the phone about the return policy, George one of the supervisor was nice about it and told me about the policy, just upset with the sales people not making it clear you need a box

When I went to Best Buy I was assisted by Ivan. I was looking for ink for my printer and he was able to help me find the ink. He was very professional and kind and helped me find the exact one that I needed and even double checked that it was correct. Ivan was very efficient and knowledgable when helping me as well. Was here to buy a PlayStation and was rushed by three employees one begins to belittle me and make comments about how you need a PlayStation for that to work and was trying to get me to put the spider wrapped product down essentially one asset protection guy along with him as if I’m going to run out with a spider wrapped box it is 2025 stop racially profiling. I did not end up purchasing the PlayStation portal and the store manager Sam said that he would talk to the guy Kevin who profiled me and was nowhere to be found when I was making the complaint.

My son and I went into this particular Best buy.
Aiden was absolutely amazing. He helped us pick out a great laptop for exactly what we were looking for. Aiden went above and beyond by explaining everything to us. Aiden even took the time to explain the warranty packages for the laptop as well.
Without his explanation we would not have purchased the extended warranty package.
Best Buy should be Happy to have this extremely knowledgeable associate in the computer section...
I tried to give him a tip and his reply was just helping you and making sure you're happy is all I need.. Please make this guy a manager quick !

This best buy is real professional but the website sucks. Wasted so much time even thought I put filters they still showed everything I didn't want. I had a certificate that I could never see and when I went to use it they said it expired 2 days before I was going to use it.
