    I went to go checkout the Audio Rooms and look into some sound systems with a couple of friends. Juwan came to show us some systems and was an extremely friendly and professional person to work with! Had great conversation about the equipment and in general, I highly recommend stopping for his expertise and help! He gave great advice for getting a system of my own and how to go about it!

    I had a great experience with George C, he was on it, a group of associates were standing around chatting and he spotted me right away and help me out efficiently and very professional. Courteous and although the store didn't stock what I needed he ordered it quickly and got me free shipping. I had just enough money and really appreciate your Help George! God Bless

    I'm not even sure where to begin. I've spent thousands of dollars there in the past month and was going to buy a surround sound system a couple of days ago but I will not be doing business with them ever again. I went in just before Christmas and bought a TV. I paid for it in the store and when I came back to pick it up they told me my order had been canceled. I explained to them that I did not order a TV I came into the store picked up the TV took it to the counter swiped my credit card and asked if they would hold the TV until I came back to pick it up. They told me that they had changed the sale to an in store pick up order and they cancel after 7 days, it had only been 6 days. So I had to purchase another TV and they told me the first one would be refunded. Fast forward 5 days and I still hadn't gotten my refund so I reached out to Best Buy customer service and they told me I was not charged for the second TV much to my shock because I don't think Best Buy lets you walk out of the store without paying for anything. So after being on the phone for over 30 minutes I was told I had to go into the store to get the refund which was not what I was told while I was in the store purchasing the second TV. So I go back to the store and after waiting almost 30 minutes for the manager, he questiones me like I was some type of a criminal. As I'm talking to him explaining the situation he turns and walks away I guess expecting me to follow him and when I questioned him he said will we have to go to the register, that would have been nice to tell me instead of just turning and walking away. I had to actually show him my bank statement to prove to him that I had been charged for the TV and not refunded. Then he leaves and goes into a back office I assume to figure things out leaving me in the showroom without any explanation finally he comes back with another manager they talk he then proceeds to tell me that he's going to give me the refund without any explanation as to why it happened after wasting my time. One bright spot, associate Brad rembered me from one of the 4 trips I had made to the store in the past 8 days and I must say he was very helpful during that previous visit. I waited till I got my refund before posting this, but I will never shop with Best Buy again.

    I bought a pair of Apple AirPod max - open box EXCELLENT. When I went to connect they were unable to pair because the last Apple ID was still linked. Since this was not my fault but Best Buy's, I figured they'd just match the price to another pair. "George" (supervisor) says "sorry there's nothing we can do but return them and you can call corporate." So I asked for a higher up (I never do this I have worked retail) and he said "they'll give you the same answer" and laughed. The manager Sam came over and fixed the issue very quickly and was great. George doesn't understand customer service and it's embarrassing for the Best Buy location

    I go to this location a lot and over the years it keeps getting worse and worse but after today's visit I'm just annoyed. Please explain to the employee that interrupting two customers who are having a conversation to ask "do you need any help" is rude, when the customer then says no and tries to go back to their conversation interrupting again to try to push the best buy credit card is also rude, when the customer then says "hey we already have that" then continuing on to try to push things is also rude and when after all that the customer says "hey were trying to have a conversation and your being rude" that employee walking away giving the customer a dirty look and muttering under their breath is completely unprofessional. I'm normally quite lenient on employees and I know the job is hard, but that behavior is just disrespectful and makes me not want to come back to the store. Add to that my cashier saw I was buy a vinyl record and said "oh we just got those in and then slapped his hand on to my record, which could have broken the record was also quite upsetting, do better, I love this store and have since I was in highschool but things can't continue this way.
