  Went to Best Buy for “one quick thing” and somehow left questioning my financial stability and my self-control. Walked in confident, walked out $1000 lighter with stuff I didn’t know I needed but was aggressively convinced I did. These displays don’t sell products… they whisper bad decisions directly into your soul. Trust me, just keep driving.

  Bestbuy good 3rd party delivery contractor not so especially if you need delivered by a certain time good luck.

  The customer service was beyond amazing. Even though it was a final sale item, George helped process the return regardless under the idea of it possibly not working. Ivan was also amazing, making good small talk and staying really friendly and helpful during the return. Absolutely beyond amazing staff 🙏

  I came into order product through sku and was denied service even though the employee was able to order the product. The manager decided to be a Karen, and assert unnecessary “responsibility” and told the employee no. The employee responded, “so no even though I can order it?”, he nodded. Smh. Cannot believe this.

  Went In to buy a printer, the web site said 0 in stock at the Southland Taylor store but found 4 on the shelf also trying to get someone to help you was Impossible, ask a worker along with 3 other people that needed assistance and couldn't get any. Was on 4/11/26 about 6:30-7:00 I left and will not return, along with the other customers that were just as frustrated as I was.
