It was my first time coming to this vet and I was extremely nervous trusting new people with my kitty, but they were amazing and made me and my cat feel very comfortable. To the girl who answered my first phone call and set up my appointment thank you for being so sweet. Dr. Susan and Ellie are absolute angels! Everyone there is very nice,welcoming & caring. She’s my go to vet and always takes amazing care of my cats when I go in and she has great energy everytime I see her! This vet maybe more in cost then others but they make up for it in the care they give. I have a great experience everytime I come here!
- JLJana LightSep 8, 20255.0Words cannot express how grateful I am to VCA Swartz Creek Animal Hospital. I have been taking my dog Petunia there for her veterinary care for 8 years. She was a rescue that I adopted when she was a puppy. Until she was a year old, she was very healthy. But then she got terrible skin allergies. With the help of the staff, we tried everything to relieve her pain and irritation. And I mean everything (i.e. allergy testing, special diet, numerous medications, referral to a dermatologist, allergy shots, special shampoos, etc.). Unfortunately, very little worked, as those were just the cards she was dealt. After a few years of trying to find something that worked, we decided the best thing to do was to keep her comfortable until we couldn’t anymore. Well, that time came on August 29, 2025. And as always, VCA Swartz Creek Animal Hospital staff stepped up and handled it all in a very professional, caring, personal, and loving way. It was actually a beautiful experience. I was so sad and heartbroken, but they reassured and supported me and Petunia through the whole process. I truly believe every single staff person at VCA Swartz Creek Animal Hospital has loved Petunia as much as I’ve loved her. And to top it all off, I just received a sympathy card in the mail today, where all of the staff wrote kind words to me about how sweet Petunia was, how much they will miss her and how sorry they were. I’m blown away by their kindness. I would highly recommend anybody looking for veterinary care to contact VCA Swartz Creek Animal Hospital. They are fantastic!
