She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and she took the time to walk me through each step with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but she truly did. I left the store feeling confident, satisfied, and very grateful for her excellent service. Highly recommend seeing her if you visit this location!

First, so I buy two apple phones and the Verizon service plans at the store, they treat you like they will be there for you and to call them if you need too. Nope, do not be fooled by this. I bought the 2 apple phones on Tuesday with Chad, told no worries it will be easy you do not have to stay to finish the transfer from the old phones to the new phones. Ok we should not have trusted that because it was not that easy. My daughter has her passcodes written down and when we tried to enter it , the iPhone froze up! We called Apple Support to be told a 7 day hold on the phone. I thought ok they were nice at the store, maybe this happened before to go in there to talk to someone to ease our problem. My daughter is very upset about her new phone. I walk in with the Verizon bag on Thursday, just two days later at 7pm. First the male employee looks down at the bag like oh no!! Then I asked for the guy who helped us! He says he went home! Then I asked for a manager, first he said ok but quickly changed his mind and said nope he went home too! Then he went in the back room, then a young girl next to him was on her personal phone just tapping away. I said are you on your phone, she goes no what’s up ! Wow that was very unprofessional like I was bothering her and they did not care. So the other worker returns to say yep my manager is gone for the day. How can I help? I started to tell him what had happened for him to cut me off and say that is not Verizon, that is Apple not us! I stopped talking right there and said this is poor customer service to blame me! I am in customer service, you should give alternatives and try to help! I bought these expensive phones two days ago, and cannot use one of them! Just a warning , I highly do not recommend this store for your phone service needs!
