- PPPam PfeufferJan 2, 20265.0Wow, did I have a great experience at the Verizon store in 15 in Van Dyke. My sales person is Rami. He spent 2 1/2 hours working with me to transfer my home phone, my Internet and streaming from three different companies to just two, but he set me up on my phone for the third that was going from Hulu to YouTube TV. All I did was come home and download YouTube TV to my TV’s. As far as streaming goes, he canceled my service at WOWWAY and gave me a box to plug in to the wall for streaming. It was easy as that! In addition, it looks like he could have saved me around $400 a year. I just have one last thing to say before I went to Verizon (this location). I Called WOWWAY to ask what they could do to lower my prices for streaming LIVE, Home phone, and one terabyte for the Internet. I even told her that I was going out to shop around to get a better price, but she offered me pretty much nothing. If I remember correctly, she said “that’s the best I can do!” Now, looking back at it, I really made out because she said no. Ask for Rami if you want to save money on all your phone and internet services. I did , and I am 😀!

Had to put off upgrading 2 other phones because I was told I had to carry insurance (on both at 30 each) for at least 90 days. I couldn't carry 240 insurance costs. In December, upgraded via online, there is no insurance requirement!! Cost me over 300 dollars to carry insurance I didn't want or need. Also, in digging deeper in my bill, I've been paying for 2 watches because they did not terminate the old one. PSA... YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN INSURANCE UPON PURCHASE! BUT ONLINE. Feeling rather stupid after looking back on it... but, I will post this post everywhere I can and report to Verizon and the BBB.
