I take all three of my dogs here. One wears a mask because she’s not so friendly, and they never make me feel like it’s a problem and they’re so kind to her . I just love it. I feel like it’s the first vet that actually listens never takes. Advantage always puts my pet’s health first. And Never take advantage of my wallet ;)! Would definitely recommend !

This location is always amazing, I came in being kind of a jackass due to having a bad day and was treated with the same kindness I always receive. I travel 45 mins one fire specifically because this VCA location is the best location.

Do not bring your animal here!! Save yourself the time, pain and aggravation. My family member had a really bad experience with them messing up their dogs eye surgery. I thought it was a one off, I gave them a chance. I had a horrible experience. They are terrible at running a business. They canceled my appointment via text while I was on my way in with my dog. And then refused to see me because they gave my appointment away. They nickel and dime you like crazy. And then when I did get seen, they were not gentle with my dog. I could hear her crying and yelping from the lobby. These people should be shut down.

Terrible customer service, really all I gotta say. They are just trying to get a dollar and don’t actually care for what they are doing or care to “help” they just want your money

Will more than likely not come back here. Prices are outrageous, and I think they’re more concerned with making money than actually caring for your pet. They always want to do tests even if there’s nothing wrong, and blood panels for my senior dog is over $400 just for that alone. My dog was in for his annual exam in September, paid $300 for the exam and yearly shots. I asked about doing his heartworm test then but they said it wasn’t due until December, and they wouldn’t let me refill his heartworm, flea and tick until that test was done. I said ok, because he had enough meds to make it until December. I get there today, they again try and push the senior blood testing on me again and get me to spend almost another $1000 and that wouldn’t even be including the cost of the meds which is nearly $400 a year. So I declined all and just had them do a plain old heartworm test which costed over $100. So I try and buy a years supply of heartworm and they tried only giving me a month. So I was already frustrated at this point because we were not communicating well on either side. So I tell them I want a year supply and now they all of a sudden only give me a 9 month supply and say they can only do 9 months because that’s the amount of time until his next health checkup. But they won’t give me a new prescription until now December of 2026 at the next heartworm test, so what is my dog supposed to do for October and November of 2026 when he has no meds? This sounds like a scam and they’re screwing with my dogs health in the process.
