I’ve taken my two cats here for years now for regular check-ups, sick appointments, etc. and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Taylor is the absolute best - he takes the time to explain everything to you, which is especially reassuring when you’re trying to figure out what is best for your pet. Every staff member has always been very helpful (on the phone & in person), but a special shout out to vet tech Marla and Dr. Taylor for their amazing empathy and skills!

I’ve had to ask them to write a script that would last her until the autoship arrived several times. This has cost me so much extra unnecessary stress and money because I don’t want my girl to have to go through withdrawal. Each time I’ve expressed urgency and the harmful effects of withdrawing medication and it keeps happening. I’m trying to give my girl a better quality of life but unfortunately it feels like it’s not reciprocated at VCA.

Everything went smoothly and they figured out what was wrong and gave me what I needed to help her. My dog was so nervous, but they were so friendly to her and calm with her, and I could not be more thankful that I came here.
