My concerns about Clover’s breathing and care were not addressed adequately, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic care steps to be taken. When I politely asked about delays, I felt dismissed and judged, and it seemed like my concerns weren’t taken seriously — an experience that felt influenced by my race and appearance. I came in worried about my kitten’s health and wanted clear guidance, but left feeling stressed, ignored, and unsupported. Unfortunately after buying the prescribed meds my baby seems to not be improving and I can only chalk that up to not adequately assessing her health issues. I hope the hospital works on better communication, attentiveness, and equitable treatment for all clients in the future.
