Great customer service. Zac (manager) & Jessica (Customer Service) are amazing. This store has most products in stock, unlike the Novi store. Clean, organized & competitive prices. Store prices available (Amazon price match, only if shipped by Amazon & not 3rd party)..

I stopped in Christmas Eve Eve to pick up an order I'd placed online. There was a manager at the door with black buzzed hair. Didn't say hello just nodded. I asked where to go for online pickup he said "right by the sign that says order pickup." I've worked customer service before. Things are hard enough around the holidays without a manager setting the tone with hostility and sarcasm. The cashier chatted with the manager at the door for an unusually long time. Didn't acknowledge me didn't say "we'll be right with you." Nothing. Finally asked me to bring up my order on my phone. Told me that I couldn't pick up my order because I'd just added another person to the account. I'm the only person on the account. It was the last thing on my Christmas to do list and it should have been an easy quick trip. Instead the service I received was hostile and made overly complicated. That's the level of service you'll receive if you go here. It's not great

Buy this Samsung galaxy fold 7 open box and I bought on black Friday sale and found battery issues after two weeks want to return after 1hour drive and dummy store manager thinks I visited to waste there time and left the desk and says call customer care and now I have 1500$ dummy phone with battery issues waste time money I don’t trust Best Buy even Samsung products

BB has the WORSE CS EVER. I misplaced a GC due to Geeked squad being unable to repair my camera. the store senior managers (Ron and Zac), corporate & gift card team ALL CLAIM to NOT have access to verify if the card was used and to issue another one. All they want to do is keep passing the issue off to the next person w/o even asking the proper questions. this is not okay. passed I even have to select 1 star cause non of y'all deserve it.
