Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite. The employees did not seem to understand how to use the system, management was not helpful, and there wasn’t even a basic level of courtesy — not even a smile. It felt like they were just trying to rush me out as quickly as possible. Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience, and this will be my first and last visit to this branch.

I went to back to shop for new lap top, next thing I know, there is store security following me, and Mr. Tyler's supervisor had left geek squad area came to back of store where laptops are sold and began recording me on his self phone. I reported to store management and had him pull store security footage for follow up.
