I had to pay $250 out of pocket for cases and screen protectors and only got 70 dollars off with my i phone 13 trade in with 2 scratches in which the receipt he claimed the phone didn’t function at all when where making calls on it and everything moments prior to the trade in. Now i’m stuck with a $1200 phone and paying 2x more a month for it when i was eglible for a free upgrade for this phone and an angry dad. Thanks Todd.

On top of that, the sales representative added two extra lines to our plan which made our bill go from around $150 to $400/month while assuring is that our bill would go down. He clearly did not know what he was doing. Called up Verizon to get all of this resolved so overall have dumped countless hours (and dollars) into what should've been a simple upgrade. I have been a Verizon customer for years and almost left due to the ineptitude demonstrated by this retailer.
