    My Mother who is on our account came by this location yesterday to get help with cloud photo storage around 1:30pm. According to the receipt in my MyVerizonWireless account, at around 4pm, someone from this store, without our authorization, added an internet gateway to our account, along with monthly service. We already have Verizon internet at our home and did not authorize this purchase and neither did she. We have our account set up with a pin, which she does not know and would have been unable to authorize any sort of purchase like this anyways. I called Verizon Customer service who specifically stated that they think this order was placed for commission fraud. Now not only have I spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon Customer Service in the middle of my work day, but I also have to take this gateway to a UPS store in order to return it to Verizon. I absolutely 100% DO NOT recommend using this store

    I am very disappointed in this store. I came in about a week ago and added a new phone to my account as well as a new watch. I already had a phone and watch under my account. It took a long time to get things set up, maybe a couple of hours. I thought everything was working but later realized that neither of the watches cellular services were working. When I went back in to get these devices working correctly, the original guy I worked with was not in. The rep that was there told me that he was paid on commission and would have to charge us a $30 set up fee per device or else he couldn't help me. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this store and any other owned by Victra and just use a corporate store instead. I did this in the past and had excellent service. Victra sucks!

    I had a very disappointing experience with the Verizon store at SouthLyon in November. We visited the store to inquire about opening a business account for up to 10 lines. However, without our approval or consent, the store created a temporary business account. In January, I received a bill for $46.06 for this unapproved account. When I contacted Verizon customer care, I was advised to visit the store to resolve it. Unfortunately, after visiting the store on two separate days, the staff was unable to help and instead asked me to contact their manager. I called the manager multiple times, but he did not answer. I also texted him and never received a response. We were told we would receive a code for the business account, but nothing was provided. Overall, we spent an hour in the store two days trying to resolve a bill for an account we never approved — and the issue is still unresolved. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am simply asking for the $46.06 charge to be credited and the unauthorized account to be properly closed. I hope this review helps get attention to the issue and prevents similar situations for other customers.
