    I had a very disappointing experience with the Verizon store at SouthLyon in November. We visited the store to inquire about opening a business account for up to 10 lines. However, without our approval or consent, the store created a temporary business account. In January, I received a bill for $46.06 for this unapproved account. When I contacted Verizon customer care, I was advised to visit the store to resolve it. Unfortunately, after visiting the store on two separate days, the staff was unable to help and instead asked me to contact their manager. I called the manager multiple times, but he did not answer. I also texted him and never received a response. We were told we would receive a code for the business account, but nothing was provided. Overall, we spent an hour in the store two days trying to resolve a bill for an account we never approved — and the issue is still unresolved. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am simply asking for the $46.06 charge to be credited and the unauthorized account to be properly closed. I hope this review helps get attention to the issue and prevents similar situations for other customers.

    Stopped in 12-6-2025 and didnt have to wait to long and thats where I felt the customer service left me... I stated I heard via advertisements that bring your Bill in and Verizon will match it. I recieved an immediate response saying I would have to come back on Monday as he wasnt trained yet and I would have to wait till his Boss come in on Monday!..Mind you there was 2 people in store and neither one was trained? .. I know everbody has to start somewhere and I do not fault employees .. this in my opinion is all management. Make sure your covered on saturdays as I am assuming that it is at the very least one of your busiest days. Not the way to do business as far as I am concerned. I am staying with my t-mobile for now anyway.

    I had the best experience at this Verizon store! I came in very late in the day and was actually the only customer there, closing time, but you would’ve thought I was their first of the morning with how patient, kind, and friendly the team was. They helped me trade in my phone and walked me through every step of the process so clearly that I actually understood everything from start to finish (rare for me!). What really stood out was how amazing they were at multitasking. Their customer service was top-notch, but at the same time they were so personable that by the end of the visit I felt like I had known these guys for years. They made what could have been a stressful errand genuinely enjoyable. If you need anything from Verizon, go to this store. Make sure my guys, Zeke, Christian… can’t forget Todd!, take care of you. Their customer service is on another level!
