- MKMatt KerrSep 26, 20251.0Staff was completely unhelpful. Asking about different plans and costs when upgrading phone and clerk told us “it’s all basically the same”. I asked about upgrade costs and they were not forthcoming with information. Either they are unaware (incompetent) or were maliciously trying to mislead us about costs. When it came time to pay up they tried to charge us $150 more for the phone than msrp. Do yourself a favor and avoid these 3rd party/franchise stores and just go to the corporate store or Best Buy as the have a corporate employee helping there.
