The two highly competent staff members, Mason and Graham, were both involved in resolving some Verizon account Issues that I had been trying to change unsuccessfully for months with Verizon customer service via phone calls. They also set up my new phone, did data transfer, and wiped my old phone. Everything was accomplished in a calm and courteous manner in one hour. I am astounded that such great customer service still exists in this world and I recommend this store wholeheartedly!

I asked about upgrade costs and they were not forthcoming with information. Either they are unaware (incompetent) or were maliciously trying to mislead us about costs. When it came time to pay up they tried to charge us $150 more for the phone than msrp. Do yourself a favor and avoid these 3rd party/franchise stores and just go to the corporate store or Best Buy as the have a corporate employee helping there.
