We walked in the door and we were not greeted with a hi or hello or what can I help you with but instead a rudely toned blunt statement from the staff member who was sitting with another customer: “If you guys are here to switch plans or get new service I don’t have time to do that today. I have an appointment right after this and because it’s so close to Christmas I don’t have time to do any of that.” We immediately left, disgusted by how we were treated, and stayed with our original provider. Unreal. No one values customer service anymore I swear.
