I walked in confused, slightly skeptical, and fully prepared to spend more money than I wanted. Scott calmly worked his magic, explained everything without making my brain hurt, and somehow got us set up with a deal so good I checked my wallet to make sure it wasn’t a prank. Pretty sure this man could negotiate peace treaties or solve world hunger if Verizon gave him enough coffee. The internet is fast, the setup was smooth, and the price made me suspicious (in a good way). I left feeling like I just won a game show. If you need internet, phones, or just want to experience peak customer service — go see Scott. Honestly, Verizon should probably put his face on the building. 10/10. Would trust Scott with my WiFi, my billing questions, and possibly my fantasy football lineup.
