    In September we were promised 5 FREE phones for switching from ATT. We were promised $1600 to pay off 3 of the phones. We have still not gotten any of the money and the other 2 phones are NOT FREE ON OUT BILL I can’t tell you how ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED I am over the terrible service I’ve gotten. I have been to the store every single week since September and ZERO HELP

    At this point, if I could put zero stars, I would. Back in September my mom went into Verizon to switch her phone and my phone to Verizon (my sister remaining at AT&T). They assured us our bill would be cheaper, and that we would get new phones, yay! With that understanding and double checking multiple times, we also got my husband and his mom to come on the plan with us. My mother in law did not want a new phone but they convinced us that we “might as well, it will be free”. In order to switch to Verizon from AT&T, the old phones needed to be paid off at AT&T. This would be done via gift cards that were supposed to show up in our app right away. It is now the last week of January and we have still not received any gift cards to pay off the old phones, we are paying for half of the phones we got that were supposed to be free, and my sisters phone is about to be shut off with AT&T because of the delinquent account. All of our credit it being effected, we have spent many many hours in the store as there is no follow up from any employees, and they won’t give us our old phones back so we can go back to AT&T. They are now telling us that the phones we got were not part of the promotion even though they knew which phones we were talking about getting from the very beginning and never said anything about a certain model being included. We owe thousands of dollars to AT&T, Verizon has our phones, and they will not put us in touch with anyone higher up that can speed anything along. I hate to write a bad review about a local business but this has been going on for close to 5 months now and I want others to beware before switching for a “deal”.

    The worst location ive ever been to if you have a technical issue they'd rather risk losing the customer instead of helping the customer. If you aren't purchasing, switching service, or starting service they wont assist you. Over 12yrs ago I worked for Verizon I believe in helping the customer so when its time to upgrade or add a new line they'll come back to work with me. They expected me to use the device I was having issues with to call customer service then they asked can I go home and log onto a computer. I DONT HAVE A COMPUTER. WHY NOT DO YOUR JOB GET CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE FOR ME THROUGH THE JOB LINE SO I CAN ALLOW TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY SCREEN SO THEY CAN FIGURE IT OUT. THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON VERIZON ISSUES AND DEVICES IT EVEN WORSE. PLZ JUST GO TO THE 12 AND GRATIOT LOCATION THEY OFFER PATIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Joshua was able to fix my esim issue with my iPhone when other stores Could NOT help me. After spending hours with Verizon technical support, I finally got my issues resolved by Joshua. He is a true asset compared to the worthless tech support you receive over the phone and other locations.
